Sandhill Lane
This new build private dwelling was designed for a Client with special needs. The single storey and level access scheme provide accommodation for the Client, his 24-hour care team and family. Assistive technology and equipment were incorporated into the design with input from specialists. The site came with a set of challenges lying next to a live railway line and within a flood plain. A bespoke envelope and drainage solution were developed to resolve the issues within the project budget constraints. The project will commence on site in late-2020.
