Certified Carbon Neutral Status
Gateley Smithers Purslow achieves Certified Carbon Neutral Status
Gateley Smithers Purslow (GSP), a leading multi-disciplinary chartered surveying, engineering and architectural practice, has achieved Certified Carbon Neutral Status.
Over the last 18 months, GSP has worked to reduce its carbon footprint, and implement a carbon reduction plan, to demonstrate that the business can operate in a sustainable manner to be carbon neutral.
This process included the collation of data for emissions generated by business operations, the formulation of a carbon footprint, the registration to a carbon offsetting project and independent verification by external consultancy, Positive Planet.
Stephen Fraser, managing director at Gateley Smithers Purslow, comments: “We are delighted to now be servicing our clients as a certified sustainable company. Achieving Certified Carbon Neutral Status demonstrates our commitment to being an industry leader without compromising on our environmental impact.”
