Gateley Smithers Purslow’s Autumn Company Day Theme

Despite not been able to meet up in person, due to Coronavirus restrictions, we successfully engaged nearly 100 staff across the firm via Zoom for our Company Day. 

Using a theme of ‘Synergy’ departmental managers talked about how their teams are structured and gave examples of the work they get involved in.

The day demonstrated we truly are a multi-disciplinary practice able to say the interaction of our team members produces a combined effect greater than the sum of our separate effects. Synergy!

A fun and light-hearted quiz tested everyone’s knowledge and teamwork (let alone advanced Zoom skills in negotiating breakout rooms!) to round things off.
